Research has shown it is more effective than traditional talk therapy. At the Bay Area CBT Center, we will help you identify and overcome the obstacles that prevent you from living the kind of life you desire.
To assist you in this process, we offer both in person and online therapy for individuals, couples, and groups. You can meet with your therapist in person at one of our convenient office locations or if your busy schedule doesn’t allow for that flexibility you can meet with your therapist via online therapy/teletherapy. When appropriate, we also offer out-of-office sessions. Sessions are typically 50-minute sessions once a week, and frequency can be adapted to meet your specific needs.
