She specializes in health psychology, trauma- and stress-related disorders, executive burnout, chronic pain, and the psychological impact of medical conditions.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Rattu leads group workshops, wellness retreats, and immersive experiential training programs for individuals, corporations, and community organizations. She is a competitive fitness athlete, international traveler, and a passionate advocate for culturally relevant, inclusive mental health care.
In Her Own Words
A Personal Note from Dr. Mini
My Approach to Healing
I believe that true healing happens when we treat the whole person — not just the symptoms. My work is grounded in the understanding that the mind, body, and spirit are inseparable, and that lasting change requires us to work on all three levels at once.
I came to this work through my own journey. Growing up as the daughter of Punjabi immigrants, navigating cultural expectations, and eventually leaving an abusive marriage in my 20s, I know firsthand what it feels like to be stuck — to know intellectually what needs to change, but to feel completely unable to move. What helped me was not just understanding my patterns, but learning to work with my nervous system, reconnect with my body, and anchor myself in values that were truly mine.
That is the work I bring to my clients. I specialize in helping people — particularly high-achieving professionals, women, and those navigating trauma — move from a place of chronic stress, burnout, and disconnection into one of embodied resilience and purposeful living. Whether we are working through trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, or the quiet exhaustion that comes from years of people-pleasing, my goal is always the same: to help you build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with trauma-informed, somatic, and yoga-based approaches because I have seen, both in research and in my own life, that the body holds what the mind cannot always access. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy has also opened new doors for clients who have felt stuck for years — offering a profound window for healing that more traditional approaches alone could not provide.
I also deeply love group work — workshops, retreats, and community programs — because there is something uniquely powerful about healing in the presence of others. When people come together with shared intention, something shifts that is hard to replicate in a one-on-one setting.
Above all, I am committed to making this work culturally relevant, accessible, and real. I bring my full self to this work — my clinical training, my yoga practice, my personal story, and my genuine belief that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. It is an honor to be part of that journey.
