Online MBSR Group Experience

Our virtual sessions are interactive, providing opportunities for real-time engagement with facilitators and fellow participants. You’ll be guided through live meditation practices, partake in group discussions, and receive personalized feedback, all through a secure video conferencing platform.

Participating in our MBSR group program online offers the same quality of mindfulness training and communal support as our in-person sessions. Engaging through a digital platform allows you to embrace mindfulness from the comfort of your own home or any personal space that you find tranquil.
