Questions

FAQ

How do I know which type of therapy I need?

You don't have to know. That's what the free consultation is for. You tell us what's going on, and we recommend the service and therapist that fits. Most people start with individual therapy.

Do you take insurance?

We're out-of-network PPO providers. We give you a superbill after each session that you submit to your insurance. Most PPO plans reimburse 50–80% of the session fee.

How long does therapy usually take?

It depends on what you're working on. Some people see meaningful shifts in 8–12 sessions. Deeper patterns may take 6–12 months. Your therapist will give you a realistic timeline early on.

What if I don't click with my therapist?

We'll re-match you at no cost. The therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in outcomes — we take fit seriously. No awkwardness, no extra fees.

Do you offer anything more intensive than regular sessions?

Yes. We offer intensive sessions, multi-day retreats, group programs, and ketamine-assisted therapy. If weekly sessions aren't enough, we have options to accelerate your progress.

Right Therapist Guarantee — if your first match isn't right, we'll re-match you for free.
