Gina Grammatico, LMFT (#157878), is committed to helping clients achieve sustainable, practical life transformation. Her practice is rooted in collaboration and care, working closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of both their current challenges and their desired outcomes for healing. Gina serves as an insightful guide, highlighting each client’s inherent strengths and empowering them to navigate obstacles with determination and resilience.
In our work together, I take an integrative approach to therapy grounded in trauma-informed care and a culturally sensitive lens that views you as part of a larger system. I combine evidence-based tools with foundational theory to support deep, systemic change rather than surface-level symptom relief.
I primarily utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you build tangible, practical tools for immediate relief and effective symptom management. At the same time, I help you explore how early childhood experiences and attachment patterns may be showing up in your adult life. By addressing maladaptive patterns at their core, I support deeper, more lasting behavioral change and meaningful healing. Because lasting transformation requires interconnection, I integrate somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support the alignment of your mind, body, and spirit.
I work with clients across the lifespan—from elementary-aged children to older adults—and support a wide range of concerns, including addiction, dysfunctional relationships, complex PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety, and depression. No matter the complexity or severity of what you’re facing, I approach our work in a nonjudgmental way, offering a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, empathy, and the assurance that you will be genuinely seen and heard.
