
I am trained in Attachment Theory, EMDR, CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy and Hakomi Mindfulness. I help clients navigate toward growth and positive change in their emotional health and relationships through identifying and working with limiting core beliefs and dysfunctional patterns.
My intention is to teach clients practical tools, skills and practices to transform painful behaviors, have more loving relationships and greater love and acceptance of self. My primary areas of focus include: self-esteem, stress, anxiety, grief & loss, relationship challenges and unresolved trauma.
