Mia has over a decade of experience working with young adults and adults at different stages in their lives, facing personal, relationship & career challenges, and big life transitions. Mia tailors your therapy to meet your unique wants and goals. She is trained in both modern and classical evidence-based techniques including CBT/DBT, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and stays up-to-date with current best practices.

With a yoga instructor background, Mia emphasizes the mind-heart-body connection with her clients. Mia believes that change happens when you feel trust, safety and non-judgement. Additionally, Mia believes that one of the most important relationships you will develop in your lifetime is the relationship you have with your therapist. Mia leads with warmth and affirming care.
