How much does a mental health retreat cost?

Mental health retreat packages at Bay Area CBT Center typically range from $2,500 to $4,500, depending on the length, location, and level of customization. That includes lodging, meals, all therapy sessions, and curated healing experiences. Travel expenses (like flights) are not included.

 

Does insurance cover retreats?

If you’re a California resident with a PPO plan, some of our retreat packages may be reimbursable under out-of-network benefits. Use our Health Insurance Checker to find out if your plan qualifies. We’ll also provide you with a superbill upon request.

How long should you go on a retreat for?

We offer 1-day intensives, weekend retreats, and multi-day immersive experiences. Most clients choose 3 to 5 days, which allows enough time for deep therapeutic work without feeling overwhelming. We help you determine the ideal length based on your goals, emotional readiness, and availability. We also offer hybrid retreats that include online support groups with your fellow participants before and/or after the retreat to deepen integration and connection.
