How many people are in the group?

Groups are kept intentionally small to ensure every participant has space to engage, share, and feel genuinely supported by the facilitator and peers.

Can I switch between in-person and online?

It depends on circumstances and group availability. We ask for at least a 6-week commitment to one format before switching. Contact us to discuss.

What if I can only attend one day?

Tuesday and Wednesday sessions cover the same curriculum. Simply choose the day that consistently works for your schedule — the experience is identical.
