It’s something I truly believe in my heart, and it’s something that I’ve seen over and over in my research, my personal experience and my professional experience. What is going well this week? This is a question I ask at the start of nearly every session, and it’s something that you’ll grow to feel more comfortable and confident in answering week after week. Together we will focus on what you’re doing well and what is getting in the way of you truly being able to live the life you want. A life that lines up with your values in order to feel a sense of ease and peace at the end of the day.
I have specialized in mindfulness-based approaches which can help build awareness of the challenging patterns in your life and relationships. Identifying these barriers is really the first big step. Once that awareness is developed, we can decide together how you want to proceed. Our options might include changing the way you approach these patterns, changing how you view the situations or potentially accepting what is occurring and ending this pattern of suffering and struggling.
I have over 10 years experience working both online and in person with adults and teens, as well as families and couples. I customize my approach based on your specific needs to help you along your journey. Sometimes the smallest changes can make a big difference. Sometimes the changes are bigger and harder to come by. I’m here to partner with you along the journey as we build on the skills you already possess, as well as introducing new skills and new ways of being.
